G.A. ART STUDIO

Your Creativity, Taken Seriously

"Not a Phase" Branding & Digital Skills for Young Creatives

London Creative Students
Your Creativity, Taken Seriously

Not A Phase
Branding & Digital Skills for Young Creatives

Teenagers ( 13-18 )

Who it's for

Teenagers (13–18) across Greenwich, Woolwich with an interest in art, design or creative careers —prioritising young people in areas with limited access to professional creative mentorship. This speaks directly to the inequity of cultural access that National Lottery Project Grants names as a priority for children and young people.

OUR BELIEF

The Approach

Not “sustaining a creative career” — that’s an adult, already-working-practitioner framing. This is about discovery: helping teenagers find and trust their own creative identity before anyone expects them to monetise it. It draws on 15+ years of professional branding and digital practice — the same expertise G.A. Art Studio uses daily to help businesses build an online presence that actually reflects their work — translated here into something age-appropriate and hands-on. One gap shows up again and again with talented young creatives: real skill, but no coherent way to show it to the world. That’s exactly the problem this project addresses, years earlier than most people ever get the chance to.

WHAT STUDENTS WILL LEARN

Curriculum

01

Who Are You, Creatively?
Follow your intuition, not pressure

Discovering personal creative style and voice (a simplified Position)

02

Show It Off —
Stand out, don't follow the crowd

A practical session on building a simple, professional-looking online presence using free, teen-accessible tools (Instagram, Linktree, Carrd): what makes a portfolio look intentional rather than thrown together — consistent visuals, a clear bio, organised work. The same foundation G.A. Art Studio builds for paying clients, just introduced at the start of a creative journey instead of years into one (a simplified Present)

03

Getting Noticed —
Patience over fast recognition

How creative people actually get discovered, through relatable real-world examples and simple SEO tools (a simplified Perform)

04

Make Something Real —
Your own over AI

A hands-on closing session where every participant leaves with something tangible: a small logo, a mini-portfolio, something genuinely theirs
